Good nutrition and Detoxification

Good nutrition and Detoxification are the KEYS to GOOD HEALTH.  You have to seriously want this renewal. Only then will you create the discipline necessary in your life towards better health and well-being.

Introduce Raw Foods into your daily diet and stick to it.

Make sure you drink plenty of clean, pure, fluoride-free water every day.

Reduce to a fraction of the usual, your reliance on processed foods. This includes meats.

Ask God for guidance on your path to well being and self-healing. He'll get you through the tough times and get you the knowledge you need.
