So a cop kidnaps a man for ransom and has bogus credit card machinery in his garage and instead of being arrested for A THOUSAND YEARS LIKE THE REST OF US, GETS PAID ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE????
Gosh, being a cop means you can murder, kidnap, steal, and do whatever you want and NEVER EVER be arrested. Wow... what job perks they have.
